About Nashīnasu Kazoku (華族)


Nashīnasu Kazoku is an exclusive membership program operated by Nathan Downie, offering investment-grade art experiences, limited-edition prints, and exclusive access to autism-inspired anime-surrealism artwork.

Membership Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: 18 and over
  • Personal Membership: Non-transferable, non-assignable
  • Application: Subject to our discretion; we reserve the right to decline applications
  • Geographic Availability: UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE), Singapore, and US (excluding California)

HAJIMARI 始まり – "The Beginning" (£1,500/month)

  • Quarterly limited-edition print (numbered & signed)
  • 48-hour early access to all drops
  • Artist-signed provenance certificate

SHINPO 進歩 – "The Evolution" (£3,000/month)

  • Quarterly framed collector's print (museum-quality)
  • 72-hour priority access to all releases
  • Quarterly behind-the-scenes content

MUGEN 無限 – "The Infinite" (£10,000/month)

  • Annual original artwork (24″×18″)
  • Quarterly private studio immersion experiences
  • Annual "Convergence Salon" invitation
  • Founding member commemorative gift
  • Private viewing access & "Founding Member" status

Payment Terms

  • Billing: Monthly in advance
  • Payment Methods: Major credit cards and direct debit
  • Currency: British pounds sterling (£), including applicable VAT
  • Failed Payments: Benefits suspended until payment received
  • Fee Changes: 30 days' written notice for any price increases

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Member Cancellation:

  • Members can cancel anytime via the member portal (self-service)
  • For cancellation assistance, contact concierge@nashinasu.com
  • Cancellations requested before day 15 of your billing cycle: Full cancellation for that month; no charges applied
  • Cancellations requested after day 15: Member remains committed to full month
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

Replacement Policy (Not Refunds):

  • If artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge
  • Replacement must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Members are responsible for return shipping of damaged items
  • We inspect all items before shipping; damage claims require photographic evidence

Bespoke Goods Exception:

  • Custom prints, framed pieces, and original artwork are non-refundable once created
  • These are bespoke goods created to individual specifications
  • Dissatisfaction with artistic style is not grounds for refund or replacement
  • All artwork is final sale

Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate any membership immediately, without refund, for:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Payment defaults
  • Fraudulent conduct
  • Violations of intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Ownership: All artwork, designs, and Nashīnasu content remain our exclusive property
  • Usage: Members may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any artwork without written consent
  • Confidentiality: Member-only content is confidential; members agree not to share outside the community
  • Non-Assignment: Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred

Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:

  • Use benefits for personal enjoyment only
  • Not share access credentials
  • Respect community exclusivity
  • Comply with all applicable laws

Delivery & Shipping

  • Shipping Timeline: Artwork ships within 14-21 business days of payment confirmation
  • Shipping Responsibility: We ship to your provided address; you are responsible for receiving the package
  • Insurance: High-value items (MUGEN tier) are insured; standard items ship via tracked carrier
  • International Shipping: Members in non-UK locations may incur additional customs/import duties (member's responsibility)
  • Lost/Damaged in Transit: We will investigate and replace at no charge if documented with carrier; member must report within 7 days of delivery window

Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Service: Benefits provided as is without warranties
  • Shipping: Not liable for delivery delays beyond our control
  • Technical Issues: Not responsible for website access problems
  • Liability Cap: Limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim

Data Protection
We process member data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to necessary data processing for membership administration.

Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: English law
  • Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts
  • Resolution: Parties will attempt amicable resolution before litigation

Term Amendments
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice posted on our website. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of changes.
