5) Fulfilment and shipping

Physical benefits (prints, framed works, originals, certificates, gifts) are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Key points:
-Dispatch timelines are estimates and vary by destination and the nature of the work.

-All shipments are fully insured and signature required.

-Customs/import duties may apply for international deliveries and are the member’s responsibility.

Members are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive signature-required deliveries.

6) Damage, defects, and remedies

-If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via Concierge and provide clear photo/video evidence and your order number. Please retain all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

-Remedies (where required and appropriate) may include replacement (where replaceable), repair (where feasible), or another remedy consistent with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

-Because originals are unique, exact replacement may not be possible.

-This section does not limit statutory rights where they apply.

7) No discretionary refunds; “all sales final” posture

Kazoku fees are paid in exchange for access and fulfilment under your selected tier. We do not offer discretionary refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law.

8) Member-only content, confidentiality, and conduct

-Member-only materials are confidential: behind-the-scenes content, private links, studio sessions, and any restricted releases are for your personal use only and must not be shared, reposted, redistributed, or made publicly available.

-No credential sharing: you must not share logins or access links.

-Respect and discretion: Kazoku is collector access. We reserve the right to limit or end access where behaviour is abusive, harassing, or undermines discretion.

9) Intellectual property

-All artwork, images, text, and materials remain the intellectual property of Nashīnasu / Nathan Downie.

-Purchasing a membership or receiving a physical work does not grant commercial rights.

-Members may not reproduce, distribute, license, mint, merchandise, or commercially exploit any artwork or member-only material without prior written permission.

10) Our right to suspend or terminate

We may suspend or terminate membership (including access to benefits) where reasonably necessary, including for:

-payment default

-fraud or chargeback abuse

-breach of confidentiality / sharing member-only materials

-intellectual property violations

-misuse of access systems or harassment

Where termination occurs due to breach or misuse, fees already paid are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting an updated version on the website or via email. Continued membership after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

12) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights where applicable). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability is limited to the fees paid by the member in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

13) Data protection

We process member data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By joining, you acknowledge data processing necessary to administer membership, fulfil orders, and provide access.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, nothing in these Terms removes those rights. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules where applicable.
