About Nashīnasu Kazoku (ナシーナス華族)

Nashīnasu Kazoku (華族) is an exclusive membership program operated by Nathan Downie, offering luxury art experiences, limited-edition prints, and exclusive access to autism-inspired anime-surrealism artwork.


Membership Eligibility and Application

  1. Age Requirement: Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
  2. Acceptance: All membership applications are subject to our sole discretion; we reserve the right to refuse any application without providing reasons.
  3. Individual Membership: Membership is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable.
  4. Geographic Availability: Currently available only to residents of Switzerland; Hong Kong; India; Japan; Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE); Singapore; and U.S. states excluding California.

HAJIMARI 始まり – “The Beginning” (£1,500/month)

  • Quarterly limited-edition print (numbered & signed)
  • 48-hour early access to all drops
  • Artist-signed provenance certificate

SHINPO 進歩 – “The Evolution” (£3,000/month)

  • Quarterly framed collector’s print (museum-quality)
  • 72-hour priority access to all releases
  • Quarterly behind-the-scenes content
  • Exclusive member community access

MUGEN 無限 – “The Infinite” (£10,000/month)

  • Annual original artwork (24″×18″)
  • Quarterly private studio immersion experiences
  • Annual “Convergence Salon” invitation
  • Founding member commemorative gift
  • Private viewing access & “Founding Member” status

Payment Terms

  1. Monthly Billing: All memberships are billed monthly in advance.
  2. Payment Methods: Major credit cards and direct debit.
  3. Currency: British pounds sterling (£), including applicable taxes.
  4. Failed Payments: Benefits suspended until payment is received.
  5. Fee Changes: Fees may be increased with 30 days’ written notice.

No Refund Policy

All membership fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances (these jurisdictions do not grant statutory cooling-off rights for online subscriptions), including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation for any reason
  • Failure to use benefits
  • Dissatisfaction with services or artwork
  • Change in personal circumstances
  • Technical issues or access problems

No exceptions, no refunds for unused periods, failure to collect items, voluntary mid-cycle cancellations, or force majeure events.


Bespoke Goods and Services

All benefits include bespoke, limited-edition prints and personalized experiences. These custom goods cannot be returned, resold, or refunded, as they are created to your individual specifications.


Cancellation Policy

(Applicable only to memberships sold in the jurisdictions listed under Geographic Availability.)

  1. Member Cancellation: Provide written notice via concierge@nashinasu.com or through the member portal.
  2. Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  3. No Partial Refunds: No refunds for any portion of the period after cancellation.

Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate any membership immediately, without refund, for:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Payment defaults
  • Fraudulent or inappropriate conduct
  • Harm to brand integrity or community

Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

  1. Ownership: All artwork, content, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and designs remain our exclusive property.
  2. Prohibition: Members may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Nashīnasu artwork or content for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without prior written consent.
  3. Confidentiality: All member-only content and communications are confidential. Members agree not to share or publish this information outside the Nashīnasu Kazoku community.
  4. Non-Disparagement: Members shall not make false or misleading statements about Nashīnasu or its representatives.
  5. Non-Assignment: Memberships are personal and non-assignable; any attempt to transfer benefits voids membership.
  6. Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nashīnasu against losses arising from their breach of these provisions.

Member Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Use benefits for personal enjoyment only
  • Not share access credentials
  • Respect community exclusivity
  • Comply with all applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

  1. As-Is Service: Benefits provided “as is” without warranties.
  2. Delivery: Not liable for shipping or delivery delays.
  3. Technical: Not responsible for website or access issues.
  4. Cap on Liability: Limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Data Protection

We process member data in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to necessary data processing for membership administration and benefit delivery.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law: English law.
  2. Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
  3. Good Faith: Parties will attempt amicable resolution before litigation.

Amendments

  1. Modification: We may update these terms at any time.
  2. Notice: Changes posted on our website with 30 days’ notice.
  3. Acceptance: Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
