Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective: 27th January 2026
This policy applies to purchases made via the official Nashīnasu website.
1) All sales final
Due to the nature of original artworks, limited editions, commissions/bespoke works, and collector releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or discretionary refunds, including (without limitation) for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Please review all specifications, dimensions, and product details carefully before placing an order.
2) Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where a work is materially not as described, faulty, or arrives damaged, the appropriate remedy will be offered in accordance with those rights.
3) Damage in transit
All shipments are prepared with care. If an order arrives damaged:
-Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via the Concierge contact form.
-Include: your full name, order number, and clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
-Retain all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.
We may require additional information to assess the issue or to support an insurance claim. This notification window supports assessment and insurance handling and does not limit statutory rights.
4) Remedies for damaged or faulty items
Where required, remedies may include (at our discretion and where appropriate):
- replacement (where the item is replaceable, such as editions), or
- repair (where feasible), or
-
another remedy consistent with your statutory rights.
Because original works are unique, exact replacement may not be possible.
5) Returns are not accepted without authorisation
If a return is required as part of a remedy, it must be authorised in writing in advance. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
6) Contact
For all enquiries relating to orders, damage, or defects, contact us via the Concierge page on the website.
