2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

provide the best service (Only in these cases we return and exchange the products. The costs of
returning the product as defective or damaged will be refunded). please contact the appropriate
shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the

• Order number.
• Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).
