This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through: nashinasu.com
Nashīnasu is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the
customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can
be delivered within normal business hours.
1. NASHĪNASU SHIPPING
Nashīnasu delivers worldwide.
Nashīnasu orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
For security reasons, Nashīnasu will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will
it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will depend on the shipping area and country of delivery and will be calculated and
shown at checkout.
Nashīnasu may sometimes offer free shipping on some or all products. The free shipping will be
applied to the order at the time of purchase on the website.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
• 1 – 3 Weeks.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM GMT (Orders are
not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during
holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times depend on the shipping area and the country of delivery. Shipping times will be
calculated and shown at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of
your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We
are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please
contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance
Nashīnasu is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable
events. Additionally, Nashīnasu is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as
customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not
include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
7. CUSTOMS TAX
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver
the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for
shipping costs. Please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number,
for further assistance and information.
9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Nashīnasu will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping
addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of

Nashīnasu recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or
place of employment. Nashīnasu is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery
11. SHIPPING COMPLETEDEach delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Nashīnasu makes the product
available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company
when the status of the order changes to “completed or delivered”.
